    A huge shout out to this Ebay seller! I am in the Military serving at an overseas base and really appreciate a seller who is competent enough to fill out a simple custom form to send to those of us with an APO box.     The item is as described as new tags and seems to be very nice quality. The item shipped two days later, but clearly the US Postal Service was having problems because it took 10 days to arrive once in their possession, and had multiple delays( no fault of the seller). Good experience recommended.
