  Before purchasing, I read seller's description of "gently worn" for a pair of sneakers I wanted, sent some questions about their condition, and appreciated seller's quick response and offer to discount shoes further. I purchased the shoes, which arrived within 4 days, and was very happy to see that gently worn meant brand new to me! I would highly recommend this seller as they were very responsive, honest in their description, and delivered something of great value to me!

  Excellent photos and description. Really reasonable price. Quickly shipped at a decent rate. Unfortunately the fit was off for me so had to return. That return process was quick and easy. Seller advised when my return was received and a refund was quickly issued. Seller’s communication was the best in my eBay experience. Highly recommend this seller.

  The shipping was great and timely! The shoes were packaged with care and also the shoes we’re exactly as shown in the images and described just like they were in the description. The seller was also very great about negotiating pricing and just gave a wonderful experience over all. The value of the shoes was definitely worth it considering th experience and brand!   The NB shoes were as described. Packaging was very good. Shipping was a decent price, as I took that into consideration when I put in my offer. There wasn't a picture of the bottom tread, but I was pleasantly surprised, as they were clean & in good shape. I was impressed that the packaging was much better than some I have received. However, I walked on gravel the other day, & I found this shoe isn't built for that, but I didn't specify, so that's on me. The price did reflect a thinner soul.
