  Arrived quick enough, but utterly horrific use of needless plastic in the packing. They’re picture hooks, they don’t need five yards of cling film around a cardboard box. Think of the environmental impact and packaging your items.

  This order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks from the original estimated delivery date. The problem I believe is with the courier used, which has used Every excuse under the sun. The communication from the seller dried up after a few messages, but at least the refund was swift from ebay. Apparently the item was being sorted for delivery at my local depot 5 days ago (with no further update). Seller should reconsider who they send this item with in the future to avoid a repeat of this abysmal service.

  Fast turnaround, but cosmetic damage on the case from transportation - as I am likely to incur further cosmetic damage through future usage I elected not to return the item, but the packaging for transporattion is not sufficient
