  Item as described and despatched in quick time. Item arrived within 3 days and was well packaged. Item was much cheaper than I found elsewhere online. I had a query about my order and the seller responded on the same day and sorted everything out. Would happily buy from seller again

  books--etc are one of the most reliable and good value companies to sell books on eBay. Every order I have had from them has been of super quality, pristine, and exactly as described, sent perfectly & securely packaged. They are not the fastest to dispatch, but they are fairly fast, and importantly, this is a company to use when it REALLY matters, and top quality is vital. Superb supplier, great eBayer. Many thanks.

  Amazing price way cheaper than others, First item came damaged, but well packaged, I sent photos and they requested I sent it back and they sent a new one out, was abit annoying trying to find an open post office with work, but they did send the new one quickly, it was definitely damaged before being sent so that's something to watch, especially as they requested the book back, but I now have a perfect condition book, so positive outcome

  The book was described accurately and is in brand new condition. It was one of the cheapest new copies on EBay. It was posted in very secure cardboard packaging and was delivered quite quickly. To be honest, buyer communications weren’t great but I don’t massively care about them as long as I get the item - which I did.

  Unmarked as new condition and as described / pictured, well packaged and protected. Delivery via Amazon, very good price / value, left outside but it was small enough to go through my letterbox 🥴, tracking was flakey / minimalist, a couple of hours notice it was to be delivered that day (whilst I was out).
