  Although initially the wrong item was sent (one mission rosary and four plastic prison type rosaries, instead of five mission rosaries), when I contacted the seller they were apologetic, courteous and helpful. The remaining four mission rosaries were promptly dispatched. So I now have five lovely wooden mission rosaries, brand-new in packaging and exactly as described. Completely delighted with my purchase and the quality of service I received. A 5* experience.

  I inconveniently received the wrong items from this disingenuous seller. I brought the issue to their attention, and politely requested for them, to please kindly resend the correct items. The seller issued me a 2nd class, untracked return shipping label,.Nevertheless, I presented evidence of proof of return post to the seller. However the seller has failed to acknowledge, and to further communicate with me on this issue. This seller's service is very poor, and seemingly, untrustworthy. AVOID!!!

Instead, you've offered nothing but excuses to hold onto the item. eBay has already refunded you out of their own pocket, so enjoy the earrings you clearly intended to keep without paying a penny.
