    Had an issue with the product and the seller immediately responded to my request and went above and beyond to make it right.     I ordered a refurbished PSVR2 system. It was shipped promptly and arrived a few days ahead of schedule. It was not in original packing as stated in the description. If not for that I wouldn't be able to tell it was refurbished. It arrived carefully wrapped and in excellent condition. Everything works flawlessly, it's clean, and it was a good price. I am very happy with the quality of this purchase.

    The product (a used rifle scope) was delivered without the turret caps. I let them know and they were missing, they shipped out the caps quickly. Everything was packaged very well, and responses were prompt. Great seller, I'd do business with them again.

    Item arrived safely and ahead of time by several days. Was packaged securely to ensure safe delivery. Was also priced exceptionally well in comparison to similar listings elsewhere. Everything was also in excellent shape and played through without any problems whatsoever. Definitely worth every penny and I do highly recommend checking out the seller's other stuff.
