    Received this in record time! I messaged them and told them that I was a contractor and needed this as soon as possible, they made no promises but it got delivered in 3 days! The price was cheaper than any distributor in my area by far.

    The seller packed unit poorly. Bottom of box opened during shipping and the instructions fell out plus the unit got a couple of dents. Contacted seller. He rather pay return shipping than discount it. I decided to keep it anyway. It took for ever to get the seller to send me the instructions. He's very slow on response time so you have to keep bugging him. I won't buy from him again. Just very poor service!

    Wall plates were excellent quality and in brand new condition as advertised. They seemed to be a good value based on a quick online shopping. Appearance is good and as expected. The seller shipped the items VERY fast and they were in my mailbox a couple of days after ordering. That was super!

    I bought this filter from this seller for a second time; I’m glad they’re still offering the same filter for yearly maintenance. Packaging was fine, delivery time was fine, condition was fine. Will buy for a 3rd time next year if they’re still offering this filter.
