  Very happy with my purchase, prior to receiving the purchase, a company rep reached out to me and advised that I oredered two different types of keys for my keyboard. They verified my purchase and made sure that I had everything correct. When I received my purchase it all arrived early and in excellent condition. I don’t normally leave feedback but this a company that needs recognition for their service.

  Described as used but pictures did not show the many scratches to the front of the exterior, very high quality, well packaged, and speedy delivery. I would gladly buy again from this retailer.

  First one was lost in transit, probably due to the Christmas season. Item got to the US and then was lost. I'm not going to knock off any stars due to shipping issues in the US. The seller kindly offered to refund or replace with no additional charge.

  Thank you so much! Had an issue in transit where it seemed like my item got stuck between the overseas carrier and USPS. Contacted the seller and they apologized and sent me a replacement item! Much appreciated and wasn't expecting that much since it's eBay and all. Great seller, great products! :)
