    Arrived quickly and was packaged well. Laptop was as described and is better than expected for the money. This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!! I highly recommend this seller and would buy from them again!! A+++++

    Was originally sent the wrong unit, but a simple message corrected it. They sent the right unit immediately and got it in a few days (very fast in the eBay universe). Apologies (accepted, by the way), no excuses, just did the right thing. Nice, simple, no BS transaction. Unit nicely packaged and was in better condition than expected. Definitely a good seller to save. Thanks!!

    It's everything as photographed and described. It was well packed with bubble wrap and paper, very fast shipping as promised (shipped Friday, received Sunday morning via Fed Ex. to IL, Chicago-land area. Looks to be a great value for the net price (discounted!). It checks out with the functionality as described. I'd buy from this vendor again!

    Great seller! Packaging was perfect as to being sure the item wasn't damaged during delivery. Item arrived 4 days after purchase and as described. Nice price for the item and I most definitely will purchase from seller in the future.

    The shipping was very fast and was excellently packaged with lots of packing so the unit would not get damaged in shipping. The price was OK for a parts system. The only issues I had was the description was all wrong everywhere you looked on the page, the only parts that where right was what was missing and damaged and half of the listing title. and they called the unit a Dell Inspiron 5490 but it was actually a Dell Latitude 5400
