    Item arrived perfectly as described! Brand new item, wrapped professionally and carefully. Hongkongposter did message me to tell me they re-routed the package through a different carrier because of postal issues with China and it would take a little longer to deliver.     Great Seller! Excellent communication. Seller personally arranged for a new method of shipment following the implementation of the Tariffs, with restrictions placed on overseas shipments. Seller communication this information clearly and professionally. Brand new Blu-ray disc was well-packed in an envelope with padded materials. Shipment arrived without any further incident. Would definitely purchase from again.

    Fantastic seller. Great communication and customer care. Provided message updates when his regular carrier was unavailable and advised when a new carrier was found.     The item matched the sellers description and images perfectly. It's also very clear the seller did a great job with packaging. There was a slight hiccup with shipping but the seller worked to rectify that immediately. This was not the sellers fault of course, but fantastic that they found a solution. I would definitely trust purchasing from this seller again.
