    The quality is great. The condition was brand new as described. Value was great price. Appearance is just as described. Packaged well. Arrived on time. Fit is perfect and they got my order right the first time (considering I’m lefty)! Buy from this seller!

    I finally got a new home for my Ruger security 9. I was a bit confused at first when purchasing chose the wrong holster but I contacted the seller they took great care of me. Package was handled with care fast shipping it’s comfortable for me since I’m not a big guy good pricing the condition is great

    I never received item. They claimed USPS was have a problem with tracking. The tracking was right the post office never received item to ship. When confronting the seller they claimed it was shipped and the tracking system was broken. I had to do a claim with ebay to get money back because the seller refused to check and see what happened. I would not buy from this company they lie. They can't admit a mistake was made and own up to it. Horrible customer service.

    These people are completely incompetent. I ordered a holster for the right side. which most people are right sided, especially in law-enforcement. They sent the wrong item. They refuse to fix the issue . Blaming me & complained about having to pay for shipping for their own mistake . Don’t shop here. Shop with another user on eBay. incompetent
