It arrived well packaged and in good condition. I am really happy with the workmanship and service from this seller. I will gladly buy from them again. The only minor hiccup was that UPS required an additional payment prior to delivery but didn't inform me that this was required until I contacted them so the item would have been delivered even sooner!!

However, they felt like a much bigger size shoe than I expected. The seller asked that I measure my foot in several places and they would ship me new boots to that size. Unfortunately, due to time restraints, I couldn’t wait for a new pair to arrive. The seller then refunded my purchase. They did all they could to make the situation right.

Great condition, even better than the original photos which showed a slight rust creeping in. Made of sound iron/steel. Would do business again. I didn't need customer service or to swap emails. Satisfied completely, unlike the fifty or so people who had this just sitting in their basket trying to decide to buy.
