We have been photographic retailers since 1960. Having had a large high street presence in south east England for over 40 years, we relocated to the Scottish Highlands in 2001. We still have a physical shop, where customers can come in and browse our extensive range of new and pre-owned film and digital equipment. We also carry an extensive range of binoculars and spotting scopes, wildlife cameras, tripods and many other accessories. We are one of the largest suppliers of new and used film and digital products in Europe. Our staff can offer guidance and advice on anything from the latest digital compact cameras, up to the large format 10x8 field cameras. We carry huge stocks of new and used accessories, so if there is anything specific that is not listed, please ask through eBay messaging and we will try and help.

    ffordes.com is a reliable seller of (mainly) used photographic equipment. Sale particulars are always, in my experience,accurate and complete. The camera and lens kit I bought was exactly as described, and shipped promptly in secure packaging with good information on its journey from Scotland. I am very happy with my purchase. It was fair value.

    Excellent service. Fast delivery and always accurate, delivering what I asked for. Vert well packaged. The postage was included in the price. Good value for money. The team at Ffordes are a friendly lot and always interesting to talk to. I have bought from them and have always been happy with what they have described. The film holder seems to have been new old stock.

    Though I have not had yet the time to test the lens, everything else was perfect. Item was as described. In view of the detailed description, I trusted the seller and I had no need to communicate with him/her. Packaging and shipping were great, and if the lens functions well, value is very reasonable. I cannot but recommend this seller.

    Absolutely one of the best eBay sellers. The ordering and sale was excellent. Perfect and fast communication together with some of the best packaging I've ever seen. All the items were as described or even better, and of very fair value. The items were shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again!

    Ordered the eyecup on Tuesday afternoon.. got conformation email, it will arrive 2nd April, not a problem to me. It's Saturday 29th March it's arrived, the packaging was first class large box lots of bubble rap and then inside was the foam pellets brilliant. Will save this seller, very impressed.

    Apologies for the Feedback delay. I am very happy with this purchase The item was as described, and n my opinion a good value for the money spent. Shipping was quick and sellers packaging stood up to the rough handling by shippers here in the Wild West. I would deal with this Ebay seller again. Thank you Tom
