    Exceptional communication, service, description and packaging! I might’ve said the shipping cost was a bit high until I received the item. It was the most diligent and thorough but still efficient and considerate packing job I’ve ever seen. No expense spared. No overkill tape wrapping making unpacking difficult. A lot of time and effort put in. The speakers arrived as described, working perfectly. Top tier seller in every way! Thank so much for putting in the time and effort! A+++

    Arrived in excellent condition. Product was well packaged and marked fragile. And arrived in a few days from order date and arrived as described. The cottage came in the original box. I am well pleased and recommend this vendor.

    It was a week before the seller THOUGHT about shipping my Item. When I asked where it was I got an excuse that work and personnel problems took priority and it would ship it out the next morning. Two days later it shipped. I finally got the item thursday 9days after the order was placed. Seller responded to only one email after many others trying to find the status of my order. A liar and a lazy slug. Not a responsible seller, despite claims on the Ebay page. Do not buy from HalfNelsonGarage
