  Once I'd ordered the shockwave machine, I asked for specification details, in addition to the sales literature. This proved too much for the company representative I dealt with, who tried to fob me off with various short comments, of very limited use. I eventually started to suspect a problem, when the item still hadn't been dispatched and pressed the issue, which resulted in them cancelling the order... if it ever existed?

  I am happy with using this machine. The screen / interface are simple and easy to use. I’ve already seen some really good results with clients so looking forward to the future and helping my business grow. All questions were answered before sending out, follow up support has been really positive.
