  The number of stars should be 0 but that is not an option. I never received the item. never received a notice that it was sent. never received a response to my inquires. purchased it and paid for it on the 14th of October with an estimated delivery date of no later than the 30th of October. I am hoping this negative rating will get a response from the seller, if not I will contact E-Bay for a refund.

  This was a Special Order to be shipped by Garmin directly. We did not receive any emails from the customer. When we found out the item was not received, we refunded the customer immediately. This is the only negative feedback in over 3,000 sales.
