My item was misplaced by the Courier through no fault whatsoever of the company, the Companies communication was first class and very helpful and a full refund was sent to me right away. Some days later the parcel arrived quite badly damaged by the Couriers, again the Company were spot on with their communications and help. Thank you. Highly recommended A++++++++++++++++++++++++++
