  Shipping was prompt and item was packed very well. Unfortunately the locomotive was damaged in the vendor packaging, however, this vendor responded to me immediately after I communicated the issue. I shipped the damaged unit back and a replacement was sent shortly thereafter. The replacement loco is in perfect condition and runs great, very happy with outcome of transaction.
