  A week after purchase item not shipped I reached out they said they couldn’t locate item but to give them time to find it Waited another week and checked again but no response then few days later I was offered refund,but the same day they found and shipped the item. I received it which was supposed to be 2handpieces and a motor, only to realize they only sent one handpiece I reached out again and they asked for pics of the one I received to see if they replace over a month ago no responsesince

  ★☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience I ordered surgical equipment from this seller, and the order was accepted without issue. I paid, and the funds cleared from my account on June 20, 2025. Four days later—without any communication in the meantime—I received a text saying they couldn’t fulfill the order. This is completely unacceptable. I had to reorder the same equipment directly from the manufacturer just to avoid further delays in my practice.

  While I am sorry we did not have this item in stock and it should have been removed so no one could purchase but Doc you ordered this on a Friday afternoon/evening time. On Monday we realized our mistake and you were contacted. I understand this is Ebay but we do not work on the weekends and we did not text you we emailed you plus we called your office directly. I am sure the manufacturer is happy to have your business.

  Really great experience shopping through eBay with this seller. I've been aware of Wade Myers through dental groups, and he has a great reputation! That being said, I have had difficulty contacting anyone through the phone numbers listed on the item for a separate transaction. No problems through eBay, but don't expect a call back if you try the phone numbers! TBD if the refurbished unit will NEED a call back; so far functioning well!

  I rarely give a negative feed back, but this case I have no choice. It took over a month to receive the item, not the sellers fault. However, when the item was received, the connection side of the hand-piece was broken, bearing in mind the item was advertised as new. I contacted the seller regarding advice on repairs. My message was just ignored. For someone who advised on the listing that he is a trained dental serviceman, he should be aware item was faulty. Morita also advised item was broken.
