Once I reached out to the seller to inquire about the issue, they responded quickly and offered a solution. Once I received the item, it was exactly as described.     Excellent service! Shipped quickly with tracking, which proved useful when the USPS had the item "stuck in their system" for 7 days. Because of the tracking, I could see it was the Postal Service's issue, not the seller's. The seller was very quick on their end! The item was packaged securely and arrived safely! I would not hesitate to do business with them again!

    My DVD arrived on time, well packaged, the correct version I wanted and was in even better condition than described. I have bought DVDs from many Goodwill locations all around the US many times and always a wonderful experience. I highly recommend all Goodwill locations in US as Seller!!
