Goodwill Southern California serves individuals with disabilities or other vocational disadvantages and local businesses seeking qualified employees by providing education, skills training, work experience and job placement.

    Item described as how it was on listing… Package arrive well packed shipping was faster than expected date, shipping cost is pretty much flat rate which is perfect versus what other sellers were charging to ship out this product! Price was excellent and very competitive... Would purchase again with seller! Item was well secured no major scratches or scuffs, item was pretty much brand new! Seller was very communicative and kept me in the loop with everything during the shipping process…

    It must be above 5* for this transaction. Item's like new condition, ship with super cheap cost as $8 for 45 lbs. Arrive sooner than expected, and extremely well packed that took time to unpack. I saved this seller in my favorite stores to come back for more good deal. Respond to question in short time and state the shipping time as promise .     Great dress exactly as pictured, new with tags still on. Item was a designer dress and got a good auction price. Supports goodwill and charities which is always a plus! They were very responsive and helpful when Fedex shipping messed up the order and were willing to make sure I got my package as expected and helped step in. Really helpful and no damages / packaged well so it didn’t get ruined at all! Very happy great customer service! Would recommend and buy again.

    The bracelet I received matched exactly what had been pictured and described, very good used condition. Item arrived quickly, packaging was excellent. My experience with this seller in the past has been very good, quick to respond to any questions, usually 24hr turnaround or less. I will continue to do business with GWSC in the future.
