  Over all the product is fine, the seller shipped quickly and the product was well packed. In calculating the value proposition of this computer, I factored in the claimed " 1 TB SSD " . The product arrived with two 500 GB SSDs, which is NOT the same VALUE, and not what I was told I was getting. It also leaves me without an expected empty slot. On the plus side, this vendor was willing to ship to Canada, and I thank them for that. Over-all I would probably buy from this vendor again.

  ❌️ Very bad experience. The laptop was listed as open box and in excellent condition, but it arrived with a dead battery, screen flickering, and a faulty speaker. Even after replacing the battery, it won’t charge. The seller initially offered a partial refund but stopped responding after that. Not trustworthy. Do not recommend buying from this seller.

  This one sold me a faulty device and packaged as brand new and I tried reaching him to get him to make amends yet turned down and never responded to my mails Sad is we bought it to resell and we only got to know it was faulty only when our customer came and was ready to buy and we had to test it up A very bad experience from this seller after having spent over $700 bucks on junk!
