  Part arrived broken, these things happen, answered my phone call promptly, checked to see if they had a replacement, called me back a few moments later, no luck, issued a refund immediately. Great customer service, would use in future, well done.

  Extremely well packed. Was screwed down to a substantial pallet and wrapped in protective cardboard and packing film. Great communication from the seller who confirmed the day it would be delivered. Bumper is as described, complete, with no broken tabs or bits missing and at a good price. Recommended seller.
