Sketchy 'tracking indicated that item was in NYC 2.5 weeks after payment and then the same day said shipped from Bankok...eBay had to intervene. It was in NYC just as the customer indicated but then USPS lost the package. We reply to all messages within 24 hours. Gave the customer an option of either resending the order or refund. Never heard back from customer. Eventually the customer was refunded for the order.
