  The listing said it is unlocked. It is NOT. It was not accessible with TMobile. The company is not being helpful at all to return it. First I was told to send it back "to China" with no address. Then they sent me an address with no shipping label. I asked for a prepaid shipping label, as per Ebay, and was told that I should purchase it and when they receive the item they will reimburse me, which is not acceptable! I am still waiting for appropriate response from the seller.

  Thanks for underpricing it and wrapping the product in foil. The tax could have been much higher if you didnt. (Turkey is terrible with import tax). Could not be happier with your service. Phone is absolutely brand new. Best shop I encountered. Greetings Gordon
