  The worst seller, I have been shopping on eBay for 8 years and this is my first bad review. The parcel was lost, the seller promised that I would receive the goods in 5 days. After 10 days I asked when to expect the parcel, there was no answer. I opened a case and after that the seller deceived me many times and asked me to close the case. I do not advise anyone to buy from this seller, if problems arise, it will be very difficult to solve them.

  Be careful with this buyer because they first place the order and then ask for refund on the pretext of not receiving the order and when we refused to give refund, they opened a case and took the refund by making false promises. We said that we will send you another item but they are not ready to accept our words.

  Please note: The lead description and picture of a 'Linen Duvet Cover in Forest Green......Quilt Cover' is misleading. When I ordered this product I received only two pillow cases. I was refunded after Ebay intervention.

  This buyer ordered only extra pillows from us but after the order was delivered he asked for a duvet cover from us and when we sent him a screenshot of the order he ignored the screenshot and opened a case on eBay and gave a full refund to the buyer through eBay but even after that he gave us a negative report, it was not our fault in this
