  The Manfrotto BOGEN Tripod #3221-WN & Manfrotto Ball Head#3433 arrived in three days, which really fast. I am pleased with my purchased of this item, with only one problem is that the tripod head had no camera quick connect attachment. The listing stated one was included, but it was not included in my package. The value of this purchase was a great deal from this seller. I had to add another BOGEN Tripod head to the tripod because of not having a camera quick connect attachment was needed.

  product images displayed the expiration date, this crucial information was omitted from the item description. The description advertised the product as "new in box," however, the packaging arrived damaged. The combination of a damaged box and an item past its expiration date represents a significant deviation from the advertised condition . Also I unfortunately experienced unprofessional and presumptive behavior from the seller. Their responses included unwarranted assumptions

  Item arrived in a timely manner and was as described. I needed to replace the Zagg keyboard that I purchased with my IPad in 2020, and this was exactly what I needed. The item was packaged appropriately and arrived in the condition as indicated. Would do business with this seller again. Thanks!

  This seller said they fooled me. This piece was not what it was listed to be and they were sarcastic about it when I contacted them. It was listed to be a Boehn piece. The packaging would not have cost me $12.30 but that was what I paid.

  I;m never fooled no body in my live. What the buyer wrote that's pure Lies. I had a consultation with an antique dealer in his store. He showed me a catalog with this product.
