  Very responsive seller with great communication. Item as described; open box was pretty much like new with one minor scratch that was almost invisible. Buying used from this seller makes this a great value; I'd do it again! The camera body was in great shape - high quality item. The seller shipped super fast (next day) and packaged the item very securely. Seller answered my questions responsively and even when it appeared we migtht have an issue, they were fast to offer options. Higly rec seller

  Item arrived exactly as described in fine condition. The packaging and shipping was very well done and the overall quality and appearance is exactly what I was expecting. Great value for what I paid. Additionally, I messed up and put in the wrong shipping address so I messaged the seller with the correct shipping address and they adjusted to this new address without any hiccups! A++

  This was a great value as far as cost. That said, it was still a very expensive purchase. I was very nervous I could be sent a flawed or broken item from a scammer. Product was advertised as basically new except original box/packaging missing. Thankfully, that is exactly what was received. The seller shipped the product the very next day and received quickly. From this experience, I believe this seller is trustworthy. I would definitely buy from them again!

  After receiving a lens that was mislabeled as “open box” & the seller was notified of it, they offered to accept a return or partial refund. So they partially refunded me to even out how much the lens should have cost given its true condition. So even though a minor mishap occurred, it was resolved smoothly and I still regard this seller as reliable as I’ve bought from them beforehand and they don’t usually have little mishaps like this. Great seller overall 10/10 experience

  Item arrived as described- no scratches, great condition, great price. Functions exactly as it should. Arrived ahead of schedule with lots bubble wrap and in immaculate condition. Communication was great, I needed to update the shipping address to my PO Box, and they were able to do so with no problem. Thank you!

  Great price, super fast shipping, well packaged, and my lens arrived in immaculate condition! The pics and description didn't do it justice. I've already taken a few test pics and they all turned out beautifully. Highly recommend this seller!
