    I bought from him one ring before few days, he send me wrong item, so he send me email that he send me by mistake different item, i was in vacation for a few days so I didn't saw the item,he promised that when l will send the correct ring , he will send the right one, with some refund. but instead of that he refund me for the amount that I paid. Nothing more!! i send him email about that, it's unacceptable, he didn't answer me ,and he relist my ring, this is unfair !!!

    We did send the wrong item, and told you the way you need to repurchase with the new listing and send an offer for the same price you bought it at. I couldn't refund more than you paid, so I could only give a discount on the rebuy. I also couldn't send you a refund until it got back to us. You're saying we didn't do anything more, but we literally sent you a message with the new listing so you could rebuy it. The other customer that had to go through the same issue, got there ring and is ok.
