This was shipped near the time of the LA wildfires and shipping from California to Hawaii was delayed. Not the seller’s fault. The 16x20 was just as described, the signature was clean and the photo was shipped in a toploader as well as an inner envelope and outer envelope. The seller responded to inquiries about the delayed shipping promptly. I would buy from again.

We had a rain storm and the whole photo envelope was completely soaked and a little bent and I feared it was ruined but because it was shipped in a top loader and protected extremely well with heavy cardboard that was like fiberboard the photo was in great condition !!!!
