Offered £2 max refund !! Obviously not happy I asked for £10 told I was being unreasonable !?! Then offered £5 which i took as couldn’t be bothered dealing with people like this. Still no apology. I’m a reasonable guy, I know things go wrong, but seller should do the right thing, apologise and take it on the chin. NOT tell me I’m being unreasonable!!! Reply will be fubar

They asked for neighbour to deliver it to in my absence, I gave it, they didn't try. They left it at a shop where I and about a dozen other people had to go and collect from, most saying the same thing, that DPD are rubbish. In future I will not buy from a supplier that uses DPD to deliver.
