    Despite some delays in shipping (received about 10 days later than the initial estimate) the mirror we purchased was well-packed and arrived without damage. I appreciated that the seller responded quickly to my questions about delays. Once the item was transferred to the delivery company, they kept me apprised of the delivery date and time.

    This seller was very responsive to my needs, and offered to refund my money or send another table through a different shipping company. The problem was addressed and resolved within a matter of days. I appreciate the seller s customer service after the sale. Based on this seller s timely responsiveness and the prompt efforts to rectify my concerns, I would indeed buy from this seller again.

    We recognize that it is unfortunate when products arrive damaged. However, we have been successfully selling on eBay for 22 years. When our products are mishandled by carriers and arrive damaged, we promptly replace them and resolve the issue. It is regrettable that this buyer experienced such mishandling by the carrier. We offered either a replacement or an immediate refund. We have always prioritized quick resolution of any issues that arise.
