  I gave a low rating on the shipping cost and the arrival time because it did take several days to get to me, so it was probably shipped as media mail, but the charges for shipment consisted with first class mail shipping cost. However, the book arrived in great condition. Seller went an extra mile by wrapping it in a cardboard cover to protect it while in transit. I would by from seller again.

  You paid $4.47 for Media Mail as stated in the listing. First class mail does not exist any more as it has been changed to USPS Ground Advantage. Things take awhile to ship from via ground from Montana. Sorry, the speed of USPS is out of my control. Hope you enjoy the book.

  The book was very well packaged and is just as decribed by the seller. The postage was a little expensive but this seems to be the norm for items shipped from the USA. I am pleased with my purchases and feel the price paid was good value. The only negative, which has nothing to do with the seller but DHL. DHL delivered the parcel on a weekend and as we are a business address there would have been no one to receive the parcel. They left the parcel on the grounds. Luckily a groundsman found it.

  Thank you. The service manual was as described and in excellent condition and I would order from him again. I'm not going to take away feedback because usps decided to hold the package hostage for 9 days past the delivery window because the seller shipping it in a timely manner. That was beyond his control. I got exactly what I ordered and for that, thank you !!!
