    The item I received had a completely different design than what I ordered. Was told the manufacturer stopping making the design I ordered, even though the listing showed a picture of what I wanted. Seller offered to refund 50% but I opted for a full refund and sent it back. The buying and returning transactions were smooth and the seller didn't give me a hard time, was willing to assist. I'm just disappointed and feel mislead.

    Contacted seller when purchase didn’t arrive in a week’s time. Great communication with seller and prompt response. He sent a replacement immediately. Very pleased with seller and with purchase. Original purchase was “lost” at processing facility for a month! Shipping delay was not seller’s fault, so the USPS gets “0” stars, but he gets 5!
