  Please can you explain why you sent My vacuumed rucksack out with no tracking number? How am I supposed to know where my parcel is and when it’s going to arrive? How does that help the punter please explain. This is not very good customer service real easy stressing you’re sending peoples items out and they don’t know where they are or when they’re going to arrive. Please can you send me my tracking order number

  Bought a golf range finder. Took over two days to be marked as dispatched and was sent out with no tracking number. Very poor communication, messaged three / four times before getting a response. Seller told me the item was lost in transit but don’t know how they’d know as no tracking number was uploaded. Would not use this seller again. Bout item on 21st July, received refund on 6th August.
