  The post office lost the item . The seller was very happy to communicate with me about the situation. The seller refunded my money . I will most definitely do business with this seller again.

  The shipping was very quick and the packaging was excellent, keeping all disks safe and secure. It was exactly as described, still wrapped in plastic, and was the best price for item... a great value!

  Item arrived quickly and was well packed. The description of the item’s condition wasn’t totally accurate but seller refunded some of the purchase price. Reasonable and responsive seller, would buy from again.

  My order got lost in the mail but this seller was very responsive and quickly provided a refund. Top shelf sellers are hard to find. I won't hesitate from ordering from him again.

  The 9th edition of the book was listed but I received the 8th. I messaged and was told they don't even have the 9th, which makes no sense--all the info on the listing was for the 9th. They admitted the info was wrong, but that's still terrible. I returned it immediately. This situation makes it look like they gathered info from somewhere without checking the actual book they own and have no idea what they are selling. There was no apology. Booksellers should not be making mistakes like this.
