  Super happy with my acrylic sign! Amazing value and high quality work. The seller was very efficient to deal with, very fast simple customer service. And my sign was perfect. Arrived very well packaged, and I loved that they shipped it with the leftover acrylic cutout sitting around the lettering, for extra protection to keep every letter perfectly lined up during shipping.   This item arrived in excellent condition and was packaged well to avoid any damage. Also the product arrived before delivery due date which was really appreciated as I needed it for my sons 21st. I would recommend this company for it's quality of product and exceptional service. Thank you.

  Received these after almost a month and the wrong colour was sent! I ordered white and they sent blue! Upon contacting them they said for me to send them back and they’ll coat the pens white! How ridiculous!!! Absolutely unimpressed with their genius way to solve this issue for me!

  the customer recieved the wrong color for their pens, it was no issue getting it fixed for them since all metals are coated with the colors as thats how metals get there colors getting them back and changing the color is the only way to get them from blue to white. after conversation the customer didnt want to have the blue ones returned but to keep the ones they didnt want and have new ones sent. unsure why they would want to keep ones they hate?

  0 stars. Cake topper did not arrive after 4 weeks. Terrible communication- I had to keep chasing them! I cancelled my order just lucky enough I found a company that delivered me a replacement within 3 days and arrived just in time for the party. Only good thing was I got my money back!

  The item was lost in transit and we were happy to cancel the orde for the customer, the communicaiton was on going while we and Australia post looked out for the parcel but given the customer demanded the refunded and not allow us to resent we had done so.
