    This seller is top notch! Communication is superb, and the item was exactly what I needed. The quality is great, and the item is brand new and was shipped very carefully. The cost was terrific, and the item appeared exactly as advertised. I really appreciate having done business with this seller. I want to emphasize that this seller is great. I'd grade them 110% if I could.

    Item as described but was missing couple of the mounting rubbers and one of the locks had a broken tab. The box was a little open on one side so is suspect it was during delivery and not the supplier.

    There was an issue with the bars that I initially received, as they appeared to be a customer return that was shipped to me in error. However, the seller made everything right issued a call tag for the defective bars and promptly sent a replacement. Replacement bars received were brand new and installed perfectly. I commend the seller and the representatives for their outstanding customer service and resolving the issue. Highly recommended!

    The listing title is incorrect the weight limit is 165lbs not 220lbs. I contacted the seller to see if they shipped the wrong item and was told the paperwork that was in the box from the manufacturer needed updating. These cost twice as much as other listings and I was ok with paying that for the extra weight these were supposed to be able to hold. The seller asked the weight limit for the roof listed in the cars manual. The manual states a warning to not exceed 165lbs that came with these bars
