  Keyring was delivered immediately, the item had a plating issue, on contacting the seller a relacement item was sent , the replacement was 5 star and received by return.   I bought 2 items from this seller, they did not arrive on time (not arrived by the time or writing) I contacted the seller and requested a refund. despite slightly late reply, they came back with such a nice tone and offered me replacement or a refund. I wanted a refund and they has kindly refunded me.
