  READ! 5 star Exceptional service and communication is top notch. I owe them my deepest apologies. However, I did read some feedback where other buyer's packages were shipped to the wrong address and were told they were delivered to their home and they need to check the neighborhood or contact FedEx. If thats you, you're likely being scammed and the tracking # went to a zip code of someone being robbed on another e-shopping site. Ali E is just a hint. Just be careful and keep watch

  I ordered this unit and it didn't show up after waiting 1 week. I messaged them and they said it was lost in the mail, and INSTANTLY gave me a full refund! We chatted back and forth, (great communication) They made sure my refund cleared, and I ordered another one, And got it in 4 days. It was the carriers fault, not the seller. Now I have bought my ice cream machine and my slushie machine from them, and these folks stand behind their shipping process. They use US warehouses.

  I love how this spice rack fits my kitchen so perfectly! It’s good quality and easy to set up, with many different combinations depending on your need. It makes my spice cabinet look neat and organized. I found the best price from this seller on eBay. I got a little nervous after I ordered and then read reviews on the seller and the shipping method, but the item arrived quickly and exactly as described, and well packed.

  After purchasing I was worried that the package wouldn’t arrive as indicated. The tracking said label created but not shipped. I reached out to the seller and they said they would do everything to ensure it was shipped as soon as possible. The package arrived when originally promised well packaged up. Product looks good. I’m happy I bought it.

  Seller wanted me to send a picture of what didn't arrive when I texted them that 2 items had the same tracking number and 1 didn't arrive. finally got 2nd item, it came with a different tracking number. I will pass buying from this seller again.
