  Sadly my package was stolen off the doorstep I messaged the seller and sent proof. They sent out a new part strait away and sorted the problem in no time. Top seller! Shame DHL are useless as the second postage was left on my doorstep! Lucky the a neighbour saw this and retrieved it straight away.

  Fast arrival, quality part. I ordered left side but they sent me the right side tie rod end. The packaging was correct and labels matched, just the item inside was not correct. I'm not complaining, Customers service is above and beyond expectations, whoever works at customer service is a genuinely good person. They refunded what I paid and let me keep the part as a compensation. I'm leaving a positive feedback cause of the whole experience. Well done customer service. 11/10 👍

  Took delivery of my item to find that half the parts weren't in the package. But customer service for the company and communication was absolutely spot on. After messaging them the problem was sorted very fast. Highly recommend this ebayer thank you.

  Seller was great, as the first parcel was not delivered due to damage by Evri(not the first time we've known this happen by these couriers). Seller sent a second pack out as I was desperate for these parts for MOT. The second package arrived(the box was still damaged, photos below), luckily, the contents were fine, and are now going onto the vehicle in question. Many thanks to the seller for all their help in this. I would give 10 stars if I could, as they were so helpful. Thank you very much
