    Delivered timely! I had made a mistake on the address, notified them immediately and they changed it. I’m very happy with the service so far. Since this is a Gift and will not be opened until Christmas by family miles away, I cannot speak for the condition, but I suspect all will be good. Otherwise, I am certain the seller will adjust if necessary. Very good seller.

    I ordered these beautiful Christmas JOY letters several days before Hurricane Helene hit western NC. The first order got lost. The seller was wonderful in communicating with me and sending another very quickly. I will cherish this purchase for years to come. It is quite spectacular and worth every penny. This seller is amazing!!!

    The seller did not inform me that although I purchased through eBay, my package would be delivered through Amazon. When the Amazon package arrived, it was empty. There was a small hole in the corner of the envelope, which I assume the product fell out of. Not knowing it was my eBay purchase, I was confused. I contacted the seller at eBay, and I got a cookie-cutter response. They informed me that the package was delivered, and that was it. I have contacted the seller several times, to no avail.
