    A+ seller! Excellent communication, packaged extremely well, and quick shipping. I bought a used laptop and the first one they shipped was as described with minor dents/scratches, but also had some light splotches on the OLED screen. I contacted the seller and they made getting a replacement easy. The second one is much better, good value, high quality, and looks great. Thanks!

    The seller was great! My package was shipped immediately. When it came in, it was packed to perfection. It was wrapped in about 4 layers of bubble-wrap, and in a large thick-cardboard box full of peanuts. (The box was actually a "Premium Cuts" box normally used to ship meat products, which worked amazing). The 24-port switch I ordered looks in great condition (without scratches or outside blemishes). When reset to factory and started up, the switch loaded perfectly. Great sale. Would buy again!
