  Ecu was sent in then had a repair but unfortunately when the unit was returned it had a different fault, Ecu testing collected the unit and attempted another repair but failed to repair and returned the unit then made contact and gave a full refund so all in all very good service with a sad story, found another company that sorted the problem out, hope this is helpfull👍🏻

  Part arrived back within 3 days as suggested. Good communication by text for each step of the refurb and a phone call. Had full instructions on fitting the part when returned. Great service.

  5***** service phoned me to see if i needed my pump collecting but I had already sent it off, phoned me to keep me informed and returned it quickly and it fixed my problem a big thank you and a fraction of the price of a new unit

  Good service all round - ECU Testing got item on Tuesday, tested repaired and sent out Wednesday, I had it fitted back in car Thursday! Fast service, good Comms all way through and all seems good. Reassurance of lifetime warranty as well, what's not to like. Thanks

  Sent a mercedes TCM to be tested and repaired. Seller communication was outstanding, keeping me posted at every point. Unfortunately my unit was beyond repair, however they returned it and refunded me extremely quickly.
