    I have purchased a few cell phone cases from E-Cell and the transactions have always gone well. The items are always exactly as described, excellent quality, designs and price. This time there was a delay in the shipping, which was not E-Cell's fault but the fault of the USPS. Once I brought this delay to their attention, the seller was responsive and quickly explained the reasons for the delay and the item arrived the very next day. Excellent customer service from E-Cell.

    Reliable seller and good quality of a product. Package got lost by the shipping company but they sent a replacement asap. Good communication and all was good.

    I absolutely love this product. Not only is it great quality but it arrived very quickly, only a couple of days after purchase. The case is in excellent condition and looks incredible.     Case arrived in opened white box packaging, probably occurring in transit but I would have expected the seller to have packed the item more securely, not taped up or anything. The original merch packaging inside wasn't great either just a box that is clearly to big for the cover as it was just rattling around inside. However, no damage to the actual product and it fits the phone well. Checked it for scratches etc and all is perfect. Daughter is happy with it, so all is well :)
