First of all, LOVELY people, so kind and cheerful and helpful in DMs, they're great (and fast) at communication, and they didn't make me feel awkward for asking so many questions. They packaged the books with so much care, they shipped it so fast, and they gave me a wonderful deal on three books. It truly made my birthday.
