Wand clip is out of stock but they will notify me when it returns. Vacuum looks brand new and works flawlessly.

The cosmetic condition is very bad (heavily used with scratches all over remote and bottom of fan. Packaging was also horrible with barely any protection / seal (They ship directly with the refurbished dyson brown box) with just three pieces of tape sealing the box. Overall I am very disappointed in Dyson's refurbished outlet on eBay. Poor customer service, and worst shipping and handling of products.

When I received it, it didn't have the hair screw tool or the soft dusting brush tool included. When I contacted them, they didn't respond for over a week, and asked for me to send photos of the package, which I had already recycled since they didn't respond for such a long time. Now I have been waiting weeks for them to respond and resolve the fact I didn't get what I purchased.
