  The order arrived fast in 2 days. Looks as brand new so far. It’s been a week now. Only thing came missing 2 parts as other reviews mentioned . I asked and they were able to offer sending one part while the other one is not available.

  The item arrived with a defect, specifically a broken clip on the bin lid. The detached piece was found within the packaging, suggesting it may have broken during the packing process. Despite follow-up communication, the seller has yet to respond to the reported issue, and it has been two weeks since the initial notification.

  As others have stated the hair screw and wand clip were missing but I contacted the seller and they shipped the hair screw. Wand clip is out of stock but they will notify me when it returns. Vacuum looks brand new and works flawlessly.

  Beware: I ordered this Dyson and selected it partly because of the nice variety of accessories included with it. When I received it, it didn't have the hair screw tool or the soft dusting brush tool included. When I contacted them, they didn't respond for over a week, and asked for me to send photos of the package, which I had already recycled since they didn't respond for such a long time. Now I have been waiting weeks for them to respond and resolve the fact I didn't get what I purchased.

  Hi at first was missing parts but contacted them and I received the parts
