  Item purchased on 7th it did not ship until the 13. It was not delivered until the 25. There was no communication from the seller about the delay. Item was as described.

  The only thing that could've been better during this process was better communication from the seller. I purchased this item on 8/7 and received my first communication that it was shipped on 8/14. I don't remember when the shipping window was, but it took 11 days from purchase to receipt of the item. Sooner would've been great, but I guess that's acceptable. The most important part was the item was as described and packed securely. For that reason, I would buy from this seller again.
