  Great customer service. When this product arrived it was incomplete. It did not include all the parts as advertised. However, I reached out to the seller and he made it right. The seller contacted the manufacturer directly and the manufacturer mailed me the missing parts. I was impressed with the level of customer service this seller has. He replied to me messages promptly and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of. I value good customer service. I will do business with this seller again.

  Service was great and the items I ordered were well packaged and I received them in three days from the time I ordered! Lead wire is great for adding scratch built details to models.
